Simplicity Unraveled

Updated: Feb 11

"Simple can be harder than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it's worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains."

Steve Jobs

I'm reminded of a group of students who traveled abroad after their graduate studies. I believe they had their PhD's in science or math.

When they were given their assignments, preparing meals and cleaning kitchen facilities, most were somewhat insulted and offended. They deemed those tasks to be beneath their station.

What they missed initially was that those practices formed the foundation for greater clarity and inner peace, both keystone to reaching their goals.
