Embracing Paradox - Another Angle

When we are hurt or harmed by others, aside from responding and taking intentional action, it can be challenging to send those people light.

I fine that placing the entire situation, the person/people and their actions, into a metaphorical container and setting on the other side of the room, to be helpful.

From that broader perspective, with the container at a distance, it is easier to send light to it and by extension, the people and entire situation.

Sometimes, sending light before taking action shifts the situation such that we respond differently.

Also, we impact the vibration and resonance of our world by sending light.
