Clear Fears and Limiting Beliefs with this Practice

Updated: Feb 13, 2022

Put your attention in your body. You can either sense your feet on the ground or your back, supported by whatever you are sitting or lying upon. Notice the rhythm of your breath, moving in and out, your abdomen rising as you inhale and falling as you exhale.

Extend your energy field in all directions. Imagine a beam of light high above your head. The light flows downwards, enters through the top of your head and, as it moves down through your body, it clears all stagnant, dense energy.

Now, imagine a second light, this one emanating from the center of the earth, moving upwards. These two lights meet and merge in your heart center creating a bubble about the size of a small balloon. Ask the bubble to expand 6 feet outwards, then to fill the building, then your city, your state or province and finally to expand to the size of the entire planet and beyond.

In this expanded state, ask your spiritual guidance questions like the ones below.

How do I get more clarity around _______?

What do I need to know about ________ ?

How do I experience more peace in my life?

What would it take for me to feel more ease talking to _______ ?

What would it take for me to develop good relationships at work?

There is no limit to the questions you can ask, simply use your imagination.

If you find your mind interfering, use the delete, uncreate and destroy statement.

Say aloud or silently, “delete, uncreate and destroy everything that stands in the way of that." Here, "that" refers to whatever you asked about.

You can also use this statement to delete beliefs and fears that keep you stuck.

Examples:

“Delete uncreate and destroy my my beliefts about _________.

“Delete uncreate and destroy my fear of ____________.

“Delete uncreate and destroy my regrets and self judgment about ________.

The more negative, circular thoughts and limiting beliefs you clear, the more space there is for what you want to show up.
